• Nach dem Tod des Heerführers Aegidius tritt dessen Sohn Syagrius (vielleicht aber auch erst der Befehlshaber Paulus) dessen Nachfolge in der gallo-römischen Enklave im Norden Galliens an (Gebiet zwischen Loire und Somme). Er residiert in Soissons.
